Who handles the information
ITNeuroNet operates this B2B informational website and handles public-site requests. Use the contact-sales form and identify your message as a privacy request to contact us about your information.
Information we collect
The request form can collect your name, work email, company, role, optional phone, country, business use case, systems, implementation needs, message, consent choice, source page, campaign tags, referrer, browser information and submission time.
Operational anti-abuse controls derive protected identifiers from network and submission data. The site does not place raw network addresses in the rate-limit table.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer demo, sales, integration, implementation and procurement requests; qualify and route follow-up; operate and secure the site; and keep business, security and operational records.
Storage and delivery
A request is considered accepted only after it is stored by the configured lead database. When configured, details may be sent to the owner's email and a notification may be delivered through Telegram. Those services can process contact and qualification details needed for follow-up.
Provider availability and delivery failures are recorded separately from the stored request. Exact providers, regions and retention periods must be confirmed during legal and procurement review.
Optional site measurement
Optional measurement starts only after consent. Events cover page views, calls to action, form progress and confirmed conversions. Form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, companies and free-text messages are excluded.
Campaign tags and the referrer domain can be kept for the duration of the browser tab after consent. A configured Google Analytics stream may receive the same filtered events; no stream is loaded when its identifier is absent.
Retention, transfers and your choices
Submissions are retained only as needed for follow-up, implementation planning, security, legal and business obligations. Exact periods and international-transfer terms require formal approval.
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. We may need to verify identity and distinguish a public-site lead from product data controlled by a customer.
